Policy
Reservation of the room is final upon receipt of the deposit of Euro 300.00 and our written confirmation.
Prices include chosen board, reserved beach with beach umbrella and two sun beds, free bicycles for guests, car parking, free independent air conditioning in the room, mini fridge in the room as well as all services. Tourist tax and drinks not included.
Board is charged from the first meal booked on the date of arrival until breakfast on the day of departure. Failure to take meals at the hotel does not result in a refund, any lunches on the day of departure are considered extra.
If arrival is expected after 12.00 am, please advise by telephone.
In case of late arrival or early departure the price of the booked rooms will be charged.
The room, car park and beach must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. It is possible to request extra services in advance, which, if available, will be charged as an extra.
We accept payment by debit card, credit card (no American Express/Diners) or cash.
Furthermore, previously authorised cheques or transfers are not accepted.
When booking, you are requested to inform us of any intolerances/needs in order to organise your stay better.
It is necessary to ask in advance for the availability of a more spacious parking space (Van will not be accepted without prior request)
